The Winnipeg Jets have signed goaltender Laurent Brossoit to a one-year contract worth $1.225 million, the team announced on Saturday.

The 26-year-old netminder recorded a 13-6-2 record with a 2.52 goals-against average and a .925 save percentage in 21 games for the Jets last season, his first with the team after signing as a free agent on July 1, 2018.

Drafted by the Calgary Flames in the sixth round (164th overall) in 2011, Brossoit was traded to the Oilers in 2013 and spent parts of four seasons in Edmonton before signing with the Jets last summer.
